Gov. Brown Says Delayed Rail and Tunnel Projects Will Be Completed

Governor Jerry Brown is leaving office with two big infrastructure projects unfinished. Brown’s multi-billion dollar High-Speed Rail and Delta tunnels projects have both faced delays, cost increases and court challenges. But while speaking to the Sacramento Press Club yesterday, Brown remained optimistic about the plans.
