President Trump says he wants to end birthright citizenship. That's according to an interview the president did with Axios. Trump said he has even run the idea by his legal counsel. That right, however, is guaranteed under the 14th Amendment of the Constitution. But some conservative scholars think Trump's got legal ground to stand on.
