California Law Banning Cosmetic Testing on Animals Goes to Gov. Brown's Desk
The California Cruelty-Free Cosmetics Act has been approved by lawmakers and now goes to Gov. Jerry Brown for signature. If passed, the legislation banning the testing on animals and the sale of products that have been tested on animals by January 2020.
