Today is Election Day, and Democrats in particular are hoping that California will jump start a national blue wave. But in swing districts here in the state, we're not seeing that materialize yet. Take the 49th Congressional District, which is home to retiring Congressman Darrel Issa. More Republicans are casting their early ballots in that swing, southern California district.
