Handful of California Democrats Join State of the Union Boycott

California Congresswomen Barbara Lee and Maxine Waters join a handful of Democrats who will boycott President Trump's State of the Union address tonight. It's a major snub, and that got us asking Congressman Mark DeSaulnier what the thought process is behind skipping the speech.

Fact Checking President Trump's Argument that Border Wall Will Decrease Drug Deaths

While payment and size and purpose of President Trump's proposed border wall has changed many times, Trump has consistently tied the absence of a wall to increased drug deaths. We did some fact checking, and found most drug deaths in the U.S. are caused by fentanyl overdoses - in fact, no drug in U.S. history has killed more people. And Fentanyl comes mainly from China.
