The future of the so-called California Homeowner Bill of Rights is a little less clear this morning. The state Assembly's Banking and Finance Committee pulled two bills that are part of that package just minutes before Attorney General Kamala Harris was scheduled to speak yesterday. The legislation would protect homeowners facing foreclosure.
