Seventy state parks are slated for permanent closure to the public due to budget troubles. It's the first time in the history of California's state park system that closures will be implemented. We talk with Gene Doherty, a volunteer advocate for two of them: the Benicia Capitol State Historic Park and the Benicia State Recreation Area.
