Hinkley Groundwater Still Shows Chromium 6
About 300 hundred people showed up at Hinkley school Wednesday night for a community meeting hosted by the Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board. A decade after the movie "Erin Brockovich" made the Mojave desert town synonymous with the concept of toxic contamination, there's still chromium 6 in the groundwater.
