Republicans searching for a road back to relevance in the state are hoping Kevin Faulconer throws his hat in the ring. The moderate mayor of San Diego has been elected twice in a majority Democratic city. We caught up with Faulconer at this past weekend's state Republican Convention in Sacramento.
