On this historic weekend, we end our show with a farewell to a beloved historian. Former state librarian Kevin Starr died last Saturday, at the age of 76. He was our show's go-to guy for the California backstory. Here he is on our show in 2004, talking about his book "Coast of Dreams: California on the Edge."
