Over the past month, we've been giving you an up-close look at daily life at Oak Ridge Elementary school in Sacramento. Education reporter Ana Tintocalis has been trying to find out how schools like Oak Ridge with large numbers of high-needs students spend extra state funding under new budget rules. Today she's at a special place at Oak Ridge: Room 30, a student support center with two dedicated professionals. Millions of dollars in federal funding made it possible several years ago. But now, that funding is drying up.
