Education reporter Ana Tintocalis has been trying to find out how schools like Oak Ridge with large numbers of high-needs students spend extra state funding under new budget rules. Today she's at a special place at Oak Ridge: Room 30, a student support center with two dedicated professionals. Millions of dollars in federal funding made it possible several years ago. But now, that funding is drying up.
