Two California judges are reportedly on President Obama's short list to fill the Supreme Court vacancy left by the sudden death of Justice Antonin Scalia. Paul Watford and Jacqueline Nguyen are considered moderate judges, and both sit on the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
