Today we're launching a project called "Big Think." The idea is simple: Californians have led the world with big ideas. First up, Stuart Russell, a computer science professor at UC Berkeley and a world-renowned expert on artificial intelligence. What's Russell's big think? Moral philosophy -- which explores human values and how humans make moral decisions -- is going to be a big business in tech.
