Proposed Cuts to Education Deplored
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger will address a joint session of the Legislature this morning to discuss the worst budget crisis in state history. Last week, he released a new list of deep spending cuts, aiming at tackling a $22 billion deficit. GM's NUMMI Plant Stays Open for Now
