Below, a quick roundup of Monday's news as the hotly contested California Democratic presidential primary reaches its final week.

The big news: Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders brought his call for "political revolution" to Oakland, where he has two appearances scheduled Monday. And former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who until recently held what appeared to be an unbeatable lead in California, is now scheduled to return to the state later this week for several days of campaign events.
