Time is quickly running out for anyone holding a California IOU and wanting to exchange it for cash. The state's four largest banks: Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Citibank and ChaseMorgan all say Friday is the last day they'll trade the state's "funny money" for real dollars. This isn't sitting well with the many small business owners who have received IOUs.
