Advocates for legalizing marijuana are pushing two ballot initiatives Californians would vote on in 2010. As it is now, if you have a medical ID card from the state, you can grow your own marijuana for medicinal purposes or buy from a dispensary. But in many parts of the state, there are no dispensaries. In Laguna Woods, once known as Leisure World, a group of retired seniors has gotten so frustrated they're forming their own collective.
