New Federal Guidelines on Medical Marijuana Arrests
The Obama administration issued new legal guidelines yesterday that essentially leave it up to federal agents to decide, on a case by case basis, what activities go beyond what is permitted under state law when it comes to medical marijuana distribution.

The federal move to back off on medical marijuana dispensaries also came on a day when a superior court judge in Los Angeles ruled that city's moratorium on new pot dispensaries is invalid. In the end, none of these decisions may matter when LA starts to regulate the industry.
