Ninth Circuit Hears Arguments on Rendition
A full 11-judge panel of the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals met in San Francisco yesterday. They were there to consider an appeal by the Obama administration to dismiss a case challenging the Bush-era policy of extraordinary rendition.
