Contra Costa County supervisors yesterday rejected a proposal to rename Mt. Diablo 'Mt. Reagan.' Oakley resident Arthur Mijares is a devout Christian, and he urged the board to join his petition to the federal government to ditch 'diablo' because it's the Spanish word for devil.
