The San Diego suburb of Poway will celebrate the life of a 17 year old girl found murdered last week. Chelsea King's body was found after a week-long search, and soon after the body of another missing teenager from San Diego County was also discovered. Both crimes are being linked to a convicted sex offender. The cases have caused parents to consider the safety of their own children, regardless of where they live.
