On Thursday, KQED Public Television will premiere the documentary “Saving the Bay: The Story of San Francisco Bay.” The four-part series explores the evolution of the bay, including efforts to preserve wetlands, marine life and public access. We talk with the producer of the series and some local environmentalists.
