This Friday, President Obama will attend the fifth Summit of the Americas with 34 other leaders in Port of Spain, the capital of Trinidad and Tobago. The meeting comes in the wake of the president’s decision to lift restrictions on travel to Cuba for Cuban-Americans. We preview the summit.
