Paul Farmer co-founded Partners in Health more than 20 years ago to help treat AIDS and other diseases in Haiti. Since then, it has developed into a global organization delivering free medical treatment to some of the world's poorest populations. We speak to the Harvard-based medical anthropologist and physician about improving community-based care.
