The program talks with the contributors of “Let Me Tell You Where I’ve Been: New Writing by Women of the Iranian Diaspora,” a collection of poetry, fiction and nonfiction exploring Iranian culture and history.

Persis M. Karim, editor of and contributing writer to "Let Me Tell You Where I've Been." She is also a professor of English Literature at San Jose State University

Haleh Hatami, contributing writer to "Let Me Tell You Where I've Been." Her work also appears in the anthology "An Eye for an Eye Makes the Whole World Blind" and she has taught courses in creative writing at San Francisco State University and Mills College

Farnaz Fatemi, contributing writer and faculty member in the writing department at UC Santa Cruz

Roxanne Varzi, contributing writer and author of "Warring Souls: Youth, Media and Martyrdom in Post-Revolution Iran." She is also an assistant professor of Anthropology at UC Irvine
