A's and Giants 2016 Season Preview

2010. 2012. 2014. And maybe 2016? Since winning their first World Series in San Francisco, the Giants have won it every subsequent even-numbered year, meaning a lot of fans can’t help but have high expectations this season. Across the Bay in Oakland, sights are set a little lower. Last year the A’s suffered a staggering 94 losses and some fans are just hoping that this season doesn’t get any worse. But the A’s can thrive on low expectations, like they did in 2012 when they won their division. Forum looks ahead to the 2016 baseball season and considers the prospects for the Giants and the A’s.
