Oakland City Council to Vote on Rent and Eviction Restrictions

The Oakland City Council is set to vote Tuesday on whether to declare an official citywide housing crisis, which would freeze rent increases and restrict evictions. We'll get the perspective of community activists, property owners and Mayor Libby Schaaf on the Oakland proposal.
