Iraqi troops have re-taken the city of Ramadi from Islamic State fighters. The militant group had occupied the city for seven months. We will discuss what this victory means for the U.S.-led coalition's fight against ISIS, and consider the best methods to combat ISIS and its ideology in the coming year.
