India Prime Minister Narendra Modi tours Silicon Valley this weekend, holding events at Facebook and Google and packing the 18,500-seat SAP Center in San Jose with supporters from the tech community. Modi is using the West Coast visit to attract and intellectual capital and to promote his "Digital India" campaign, which includes creation of a new internet infrastructure for the country. We discuss the economic and cultural exchange between Silicon Valley and India.
