On May 19, East Bay voters in California's 7th State Senate District will choose a new representative. Their candidates in this special election are Orinda Mayor Stephen Glazer and State Assemblywoman Susan Bonilla -- two Democrats, whose political fate may lie in the hands of Republican voters.
