Dispute Derails SF's Transbay Terminal Project

The future of San Francisco’s new Transbay Transit Center and its $2.6 billion Caltrain extension are in question after a deal between developers and the city fell through. The city had planned to use a special tax district to help finance the project, but developers said the tax rate was too high. We get an update on the situation, and whether the project will be delayed by possible litigation.
