Turkish Writer and Political Commentator Mustafa Akyol

Journalist Mustafa Akyol joins us to discuss Turkey’s upcoming presidential elections, the status of Kurdish hopes for a peace deal, the impact on Turkey of the conflicts in Syria and Iraq and more. Akyol often writes of the intersection between Islamism and secular democracy.
