Former BART police officer Johannes Mehserle was released from a Los Angeles jail this week after serving 11 months of a two-year sentence for shooting unarmed passenger Oscar Grant. Guests:

Rachel Lederman, attorney at the National Lawyers Guild, represents the demonstrators arrested during the Mehserle verdict protest last year.
