Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort will go to trial Tuesday on financial fraud charges stemming from overseas income he received from Ukrainian oligarchs to promote the pro-Russian leader Viktor Yanukovych. It's the first trial brought by special counsel Robert Mueller originating from his investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.
