On Monday, the winners of the 2018 Goldman Environmental Prize will be announced in San Francisco. The winners receive financial support and international attention for their grassroots work on behalf of endangered ecosystems, sustainability and environmental justice. We speak with one of this year’s winners, LeeAnne Walters, a mother in Flint, Michigan, whose work helped prompt government action to provide access to clean drinking water.
