Chinese dissident artist Ai Weiwei has evolved into a fierce and outspoken critic of human rights abuses in China and around the world. His new documentary, Human Flow, focuses on the growing worldwide refugee crisis. Through bird’s eye visual imagery, much of it using drone photography, Ai provides a nontraditional narrative of the problem. He joins us in the studio to talk about the film and his career.
