An Uncertain Welcome Awaits as President Trump Heads to Europe

Thousands took to the streets in Hamburg last weekend to protest the upcoming Group of 20 gathering, as the city awaits the arrival of top leaders including Donald Trump, Vladimir Putin and Turkey’s Recep Tayyip Erdogan later this week.  President Trump has drawn heavy criticism in Europe for his withdrawal from the Paris Climate deal.  The president will head to Poland first, where he is expected to deliver a major policy speech.  We’ll preview the visit, including how it might impact relations between the U.S. and European Union.
