The House is set to vote this morning on the GOP health care bill that would repeal and replace Obamacare, with Republicans saying they have enough votes to pass it. This comes just a month after their first attempt to repeal it failed. The new bill, called the American Health Care Act, slashes funding to Medicaid and adds a compromise proposal to add $8 billion over five years to cover costs for those with pre-existing illnesses who expect to be priced out of insurance markets.
