The U.S. has spent about $60 billion to bring infrastructure and education to Afghanistan, but many of those efforts have failed according to a new investigation by the AP. Despite hundreds of millions of dollars and years of effort to bring electricity to the country, Afghanistan has less power per capita than any other country in the world.
