Starting today all Bay Area bridges, except the Golden Gate, will see a toll hike. Most bridges will cost $5 to cross, but the Bay Bridge will go up to $6 during commute hours. And, for the first time since the mid-1970s, carpoolers will have to pay to make it across the bay. Will the new fees change your driving habits?
