Former San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo faces off against State Assembly Member Evan Low in the District 16 congressional race. KQED, NBC Bay Area and Telemundo are collaborating to air the debate and make it available to stream online. Moderating the debate will be NBC Bay Area news anchor Raj Mathai, Telemundo 48 news anchor Dayanna Monroy, and Guy Marzorati, KQED politics and government correspondent.
