TONIGHT! SoMa StrEat Food Park will be screening the premiere of the new season of Check, Please! Bay Area on their big screen at 7:30pm. The Bacon Bacon truck will be there from 5-9pm along with the Food Park’s Urban Air Night Market which starts at 7pm.

    The premiere episode of Season 9 features these eateries:
  • San Francisco's Bacon Bacon Food Truck serves up grass fed bacon cheddar burgers and Porky Fries
  • Porky Fries

  • Pläj (pronounced "Play") in San Francisco, serves Scandinavian cuisine with a California sensibility
  • Plaj Platter

  • Evvia Estiatorio, a Greek restaurant in Palo Alto specializes in traditional hearty Lamb dishes, Whole Fish, and Moussaka
  • Lamb Chops

To complement the featured Greek restaurant, host and wine expert Leslie Sbrocco shares her tips about Greek wines.
