Rebecca Krouner works as the content administrator for Northern California Public Broadcasting (KQED-KTEH-KQET-KQEI), helping to coordinate projects across the organization's four platforms: television, radio, interactive, and educational and community outreach. She also writes about opera for the KQED Arts & Culture blog.Rebecca has a master's degree in classical voice from Manhattan School of Music and a BA in comparative literature from Brown University. She worked at Walnut Hill School, an independent high school for the arts outside of Boston, and as a writer and course developer for a communication skills training company. Rebecca fell in love with the Bay Area during a summer opera program in San Francisco and moved here from New York City in 2005. She looks forward to continuing to explore the Bay Area's rich classical music scene.
