Hey there, Alameda County voter! You’ll be receiving a ballot in the mail by default for this election. Starting May 4, you can return your ballot to any drop box location in the county. If you prefer to vote in person, you can cast your ballot at the Registrar of Voters office beginning May 4, or at any Vote Center in the county, beginning May 23.

District Attorney Ursula Jones Dickson is running to keep her role, and former District Attorney Pamela Price, recalled in 2024, is trying to get her old job back.

The seat had been held since 2013 by former Rep. Eric Swalwell, who did not seek reelection because he was running for governor.
