It's exhausting and chaotic, but it's become an American ritual during the Thanksgiving weekend.

Welcome to Black Friday, one of the biggest shopping days of the year. Today retailers will likely record 10-15 percent of the total sales they will get during the entire holiday season -- that's according to an analyst quoted by Marketplace. Shoppers started lining up outside of some Northern California stores several days ago in hopes of getting great bargains and deals.
