Bob Filner Resigns as Mayor of San Diego
Bob Filner is out as Mayor of San Diego. He resigned Friday effective August 30, after the City Council voted Friday afternoon to approve an agreement paving the way for Filner's exit. Scott Shafer spoke with KPBS metro reporter Sandhya Dirks and Mesa College political scientist Carl Luna.
