The city of Huntington Park, just south of downtown Los Angeles, filled two vacant commission seats Monday night, both with undocumented immigrants. City officials say it's the first California city to do so. Twenty-nine-year-old Francisco Medina will serve on the city's health and education commission. He's been living in the U.S. for over a decade. And 21-year-old Julian Zatarain was appointed to a Parks and Rec seat. He came to the U.S. in 2007.
