Convicted felon Raymond "Shrimp Boy" Chow has accused San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee and other city hall officials of accepting bribes. Chow was indicted last year as part of a federal criminal investigation that ended the career of a prominent San Francisco politician, former state senator Leland Yee.
