Homelessness Spikes in Butte County Following Deadly Wildfire

A new report from Butte County gives a clearer picture of how many people have been pushed into homelessness since the state's deadliest fire, November's Camp Fire. The county released results from its homeless count, which takes place every two years. It shows there are an estimated 16 percent more homeless people than in 2017, and about half the homeless there report the fire affected them.
