Google reportedly paid a top executive a $90 million exit package after he was accused of sexual misconduct.

In response to a damning report published by the New York Times on Thursday, the company announced it fired 48 employees for sexual harassment without any severance over the past two years.

“We are dead serious about making sure we provide a safe and inclusive workplace,” Google CEO Sundar Pichai said, although he did not dispute news accounts about payouts to top executives accused of sexual harassment.
